Behold, I say to you, lift up your eyes and look at the fields, for they are already white for harvest!" - John 4:35 Anyone who does not see the harvest is indeed short-sighted and the head in bowed down. If we miss the time of harvest, then we have postponed the day of joy and will definitely be reaping the wind when we are supposed to be blessed. When harvest is left, decadence will set in; we must not be deceived, if we do not harvest souls urgently, if we do not harvest seeds planted long ago - the world will experience more decadence. It doesn't matter who planted, it doesn't matter who did the watering, it indeed does not count for anything those who ploughed or tilled the ground. The Lord of harvest, the Lord who gives increase, says it is time! Remember it is those who go into the field that he pays...it is those who will harvest that is blessed, he that does not harves...

"A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing" - Ecc 3:5 It's not everyone we embrace, the people we take within our arms are those who have broken down barriers of hate, jealousy and have known us affectionately. It is possible to feel the embrace of God over us, it is possible to be warm under the mercy of God. If God does not embrace us at the time we need it; we will never be assured of His love. Those times when we feel, we are God's top priority, those times when we cannot comprehend His mercy over our lives or when we do not understand, but we know He writes the beautiful story of our lives....those times are the time of His embrace. It is also important to note that, there would be times when you seem far from God; and nobody's hug will soothe the pain or calm the anxiety. "If you faint in the days of adversity, your strength is small." - Prov 24:10 If a man boasts of his strength without a challenge, such a man is deceiving himself; as there has not been anything to test or prove the strength. To the spiritual man who desires to stay in tune with Christ, let it be announced to you that the day of adversity is here and only the strong in the Spirit will be able to conquer. We need strength to withstand the fiery darts of the wicked, we need strength in wits to outwit the devil in his schemes. The enemy ordinarily is stronger than the nominal Christian, therefore we must avail ourselves of the  provisions of power made available in the kingdom to overcome. At a time like this when the devil has given men pleasure to weaken, as he did Samson via the instrumentality of Delilah, we must sacrifice some pleasure and deny ourselves to gain strength for our inner man. "Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us," - Heb 12:1 Weight is an hindrance to mobility and when it is gained over time, it makes such a person prone to diseases. In regards to our spiritual life, some things, habits and people will come to represent different sizes of weights, and this is solely to hinder our spiritual walk. Weights may be differentiated from sin; but it eventually carries equal consequence or repercussion as sin does; a worldly friend who invites you to a party may lead you in the face of danger. Though you may differ in character, but such friend can implicate - such is a weight. Just as it is in the physical, the things that add to our weight, are at first lighter than us - we often get deceived thinking there won't be side effects. So we put on these 'lighter' things. ...

"Also for Adam and his wife the LORD God made tunics of skin, and clothed them." - Gen 3:21 After the fall of man, one of the obvious consequence Adam could recognise was their nakedness. He couldn't face the God whom he communed with frequently anymore. Though the couple made cloths out of fig leaves to cover their nakedness, yet they still felt naked. It was beyond a physical and as long as they were uncovered, they became vulnerable. Anyone who has fallen and tried to cover his sins with lies and excuses will not prosper and indeed will not be successful in such attempts. Though you try to hide and cover up, if the Lord does not make a covering of mercy for you; your nakedness will bear glaringly in the open and you will indeed be put to shame. "And Jesus said to him, 'Foxes have holes and birds of the air have nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere to lay His head.'" - Luke 9:58 It seems the problem of accommodation is a spiritual challenge Jesus had to deal with all through His sojourn on earth, because how can one explain Him not even finding a place to be born - He had to squat with horses in order to be born. One of the greatest need of man is shelter apart from feeding and clothing. Jesus seem to have a foundational problem with shelter that even the foxes and birds were better in that regard comparatively. How can He whose habitat is the heart of men find rest in the house of men? How can He who should reside in our hearts only have space for Him in our minds. He couldn't find rest even in the tomb because He isn't meant to be there except to be living in our hearts. Dear heartlord, is there space for Jesus to occupy in your heart or maybe you couldn't bear His character and way...

"Jesus said to them, Have you never read in the Scriptures: 'the stone which the builders rejected has become the chief corner stone. This was the LORD'S doing, and it it is marvelous in our eyes'?" - Matt 21:42 You may have been rejected because of your rough edges and the sharp pains you caused some people. You may have experienced rejection because you aren't made of pearls, emeralds and all the beautiful stone there is. The stone which was rejected was worthless and despised; yet the LORD knows how to make such stone the chief corner stone. You who the world has tagged rejected may have also passed through rejected paths and when two worthless stones or rejected people meet, there can only be more bruising. The story Jesus painted in the parable clearly explains the futile overestimation of things called 'precious'. "Behold, children are a heritage from the LORD, the fruit of the womb is a reward." - Psalm 123:3 One may be tempted to think that everyone looking for the fruit of the womb will be loving parents. This may be far from truth as some parents have only come to see their children as trophies for achievement. A default lifestyle of parents should be to love their children, and this is not limited to the things you give them, but on the effect a parent has on the child. A father may bestow all his goods to a child, yet the child may never feel loved. The love of the parent would be tested on the altar of sacrifice and commitment to the success of that child and also as God assesses. "Now it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born to them, that the sons of God saw the daughters of men, that they were beautiful; and they took wives for themselves of all whom they chose." - Gen 6:1-2 One would wonder why heavenly beings or sons of God would be looking at beautiful girls, much less be sexually attracted to these beautiful daughters of men. All the hallelujah songs of heaven and the spiritual atmosphere did not cure or neutralise their sexual urge. If sons of God are getting aroused sexually, and it is even recorded in the sacred book (Holy Bible), which is suppose to help us....then we must be awaken to our sexuality and understand that God put those urge there as part of creation for procreation and pleasure. Why does it look as if total freedom is not available to people being delivered? Some habits stop for a while, yet the victim gets back to the habit and plunge deeper into a mess. You say you've renounced the hidden things of darkness, yet you still give unto Ceaser in your village, you bind yourself with traditions that are unfounded and compromising in the Scripture. How does one not abuse liberty, and how can one stay firm on the path of liberty without going back to his vomit. Some do not know the extent of their freedom, or some do not want a total freedom, as there seem to be a pleasurable attachment to the bondage of their soul. Hunger will abound and people would be in despair if the rain doesn't come as expected. No one can survive without rain. We are in a time when rain doesn't just connote the physical water pouring from the cloud, a man who is spiritual or who commands the supernatural, has experienced a certain magnitude of rain from heaven. The fruits of the Spirit and the gifts of the Spirit cannot abound in a man's life if He hasn't experienced Open Heavens.
